Elegance Carry On Suitcase, 20” Hardside Luggage with TSA Lock, Spinner Wheels - Blue Grey

I really wanted to love this suitcase, but the worst thing about it is that it scratches easily. Even after two trips, it got scuffed and scratched quite noticeably. It was advertised as scratch resistant but its 100% not.

I love this luggage! It comes with 5 cubes to organize your clothing, shoes, accessories & etc. I love the Velcro tabs so you know what is in each cube. I am extremely impressed with the organization of the luggage as well as the wheels on the luggage. So smooth. Super light but sturdy. I was worried about scuffs on the luggage if I went with the lighter color… But, nothing that a Mr. clean eraser can’t do! I ordered two sets of different colors because I wasn’t sure what color I wanted. It was between the navy & light blue. We ended up keeping both. The Navy is a beautiful color but more business like so the hubby kept that. The light blue is fun! I was really worried on the light blue color because some of the pictures that are advertised showed different shades of blue. It’s a beautiful light matte blue. Super pretty!

Do not purchase this suitcase. I think Level 8 might even sell an inferior version of their product on Amazon. It broke on the very first trip before I even checked my bags. It broke while loading the bag into the car on the way to the airport. The handle snapped.

Solid roller bag. As much as it pains me to say...... Cant wait to get to the airport and use this thing. No one likes long security lines, lugging, dragging, kicking your bags. Standing there for an hour. But I dig this bag so much Im willing and ready to get in line to test it out. Also a little trip away from reality is always a great mental booster.

This is a beautiful piece of luggage out of the box, but one trip to DC and it did not hold up well. The handle kept getting stuck, and the outside did not weather a few bumps well, because it has scratches and marks that did not come off. For the money, I would buy something else.

This arrived a few days ago broken. Please send me a new one.

Nothing spectacular here in the way of construction or functionality. The suitcase walls are thin, the nylon liner thinner yet and the various inserts are flimsy in fabrication. I liked the streamlined optics of the luggage, but the flat slab-sides makes it vulnerable to damage, especially when checking the bag for travel. Once loaded, the suitcase feels a bit more substantial, but again nothing remarkable.

Took these on a trip, 2nd plane and the handle tore when I picked it up. Beyond the 30 day window so we cant return. Buyers beware of quality issues.

Handsome. Efficient. Two uninterrupted spacious halves covered and held my shoes and clothes. Into the smallest cloth box I placed fragile items for a vitrine. Between the two halves I placed a made to measure foam-core portfolio of art. Lufthansa lost this suitcase between JFK and DUSS. On day three it arrived in fine fiddle to my hotel.
