These suitcases are beautiful. Im so sad the quality on them is terrible. Spent WAY too much on this suitcase for it to be totally useless now - as there is not handle left to put it on conveyor belt at airport, or pull it out of your car with. Just waiting for the smaller one I bought to break now. Will be looking at another brand for replacement :(

First the bag is not strong the handle cut off and there is not enough space in the suitcase so I wont recommend you to buy it. I dont have the bag with me here I should have posted it and I cant return it now is too late

Durable and lightweight, wheels move smoothly without resistance. There is a lot of space in this carry on and plenty of compartments to store toiletries, computer/phone chargers and clothing. The product is matte finished- but is not a soft texture matte- it’s a standard suitcase plastic!

Looks great, however its lasted less than 6 months, only 8 flights. Dont waste your money.

Not sure if its worth the money I spent but it gets the job done. Top pro... it rolls really good. Top con... could be a little bigger. Its borderline to small for a week trip. (I travel for work and stay gone from Monday- Friday)

This was personally my favorite piece of carry-on luggage. I enjoyed how both sides have separate zippered doors. The wheels are also among the smoothest on both hard and soft (carpet) flooring. Also had no issues with the TSA lock or the handles. I would easily recommend LEVEL8 luggage!

Beautiful luggage, great interior, nice handling. However, this lugg model on 1st plane trip got so scratched up and dinged..it was very disappointing to see. I should of ordered the textured level8 model instead.

I really like this product other than it not being a hard shell case. I went on one direct flight and it looks like I’ve had it for three years. Scratched to heck. I know it could be the handlers fault but other bags looked better that were much older. I’d like to know how much polypropylene is mixed in to the plastic. That would make make it scratch super easy.

I really like the look of this bag but it has sustained considerable cracks after standard baggage handling over the course of only a few plane trips. Whats more, the warranty doesnt cover any damage caused by baggage handling. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a product that can withstand normal travel demands.
