Elegance Carry On Suitcase, 20” Hardside Luggage with TSA Lock, Spinner Wheels - Blue Grey

I bought this suitcase because I needed a smaller checked suitcase for a shorter trip. It’s a great looking suitcase out of the box but after one trip with direct flight there and back, the suitcase now has massive scrapes, scratches, and gouges on it. The damage doesn’t affect the use of the case but the scrapes are massive eyesores. Make me wonder how many trips this will last. For the price, you could probably find something more durable.

First time with hard shell luggage and will never go back! Love the colors that they offer ( we have 3 different colors). The mobility is great BUT the wheels are so free your luggage will walk away from you if not paying attention.

Do not purchase this suitcase. I think Level 8 might even sell an inferior version of their product on Amazon. It broke on the very first trip before I even checked my bags. It broke while loading the bag into the car on the way to the airport. The handle snapped.

Just got this , was delivered as advertised, looks really nice and solid but yet to try it out so.

Good quality, light and comes with the different little bags to place your toileteries, clothes, wires…i will buy the carry on one!

This was personally my favorite piece of carry-on luggage. I enjoyed how both sides have separate zippered doors. The wheels are also among the smoothest on both hard and soft (carpet) flooring. Also had no issues with the TSA lock or the handles. I would easily recommend LEVEL8 luggage!

Have had this bag for 2 years now and it has held up to a lot of abuse over 200 flight segments and 4 different countries.

Never used it. Opened it and loaded it and it scratched up so bad I couldn’t even use it!

I really liked what they looked like and rolled when I just received them. I just took my first trip with the medium size suitcase and it didn’t survive it first trip without being damaged. The corner dented and sides scratched up. In one use. A new suitcase used one tome turned into a suitcase that has traveled the globe several times and has taken a beating. Very disappointing.
