We got this for my son when he was around 6 months old. At that time, he had little interest in it. However, now at 11 months, he loves it. Few toys hold his interest, but he loves putting the ball in the box over and over and over again.

Love this toy! Wish I would have found it earlier, but my almost 11 month old is really enjoying it. Its one of the few toys she will sit still and play with. The ball is smaller than I expected, about the size of a golf ball, but doesnt seem to be a problem.

I don’t know why this product got so much positive reviews. I planed to get this for my sister’s baby, but since the surface of corners was not smooth at all I returned it right the way after I found this may actually become a safety concern for babies.

I initially bough the 3 in 1 but returned it and purchased this one. Mine came with a perfect sized wooden ball, excellent craftsmanship, sturdy. My 11 month old is enjoying it so far.

Very well made toy- wish I had gotten it earlier for my son. He enjoyed it at 16 months but could have easily played with it from 6 months on!

This is my 1 year olds favorite toy. Mine too because of how simple it is. I love that it has no noises either haha. Would definitely recommend.

Just received this, but already very happy with it. My daughter is soon to be 7mths old and I wanted to start introducing this to her. Im very impressed with the quality and finishing of this product. Im not worried about splintering or sharp corners, everything is smooth and rounded off. The ball is the perfect size for helping my daughter to use more pressure at her fingertips to grip, further developing that pincer grasp. The only critique I might have is that the walls of the tray be higher. Its easy for the ball to pop out of the tray.

Good quality. The whole wooden box looks like good quality. The plastic ball seems cheap, though. Baby hasn’t used it yet, so I can’t speak for a child’s interest. I appreciate the simple colors. Probably helpful for a child with a visual impairment, especially if you add some red tape around the hole.

My son loves this toy and plays with it over and over again. I do think it is a bit overpriced considering what it is, however. I also wish the ball was a bit bigger; it is almost a borderline choking hazard, so we always watch him with it.

  • Object permanence is the understanding that objects continue to exist even when they cannot be perceived (seen, heard, touched, smelled or sensed in any way).

  • The concept of object permanence plays a significant role in the theory of cognitive development created by psychologist Jean Piaget. In the sensorimotor stage of development, a period that lasts from birth to about age two, Piaget suggested that children understand the world through their motor abilities such as touch, vision, taste, and movement.

  • Object Permanence box with tray is the first level (Easiest Level ) for children from 8 months to one and a half approximately.

  • Child would have to take the ball and put it through the hole. For little baby it is a challenge for them to be able to do it because their eye-hand coordination. After the ball rolled out, then they see the ball show up again so they learn object permanence.
