I have several styles of the Empire registers and like the more ornate ones. This ones looks so good. Its not too busy if you are afraid of that. The coloring is just right and the air flows through nicely. It fits perfectly. It is a medium weight.I have tried others in a heavier weight in this same price point.Thats the only reason I dinged off half a star. Its pretty and does a great job but is a little pricey.

The registers from Empire are much nicer than expected and look so much more expensive than they are. The black matte finish blends well with our new walnut LVP flooring and makes all the finishes in our home appear more expensive. They open and close easily, no struggling; so much better than the builder grade registers Ive had in the past. I cant yet tell you how well the Empire registers will hold up over time, but my husband and I are delighted with them right now.

Packaged well, no dents, scratches or loose screws. Beautiful finish and design and looks very sturdy. It fit my vent perfectly. Great product, I would highly recommend!

The vents arrived in a timely manner and went right into place. The sizes were spot on. The metal feels sturdy, and they finish is nice and even between the multiple products we ordered. The mechanism to open and close the vent functions as it should and is not too loose as to have the vent close unintentionally.

I wanted something different and this looks perfect with my flooring and the style Im going for.

The register is well built and feels sturdy. The matt finish is nice -- a slight texture which I like. I hope it holds up over time. I appreciated that the louvers were metal instead of the plastic other brands use. Installation was a breeze. The only problem is that I still need a register for another room, but it is out of stock in the size and design I want. For a product of this quality I am willing to wait.

These registers are very high quality….we purchased two for our living room. We were very impressed with them being made of all metal and the classic modern design. We plan on replacing all the registers in our home with this brand.

This is the best. Heavy duty and METAL damper. This one will last. Plastic dampers of others are very short lived.
