The taste is a little tangy at first, but it grows on you. Good product at a reasonable price - after a hard workout the Endurox is much better tasting than a shake drink.

Delicious! But NOT sugar free! Each serving has enough sugar for an entire week! Ill look for a sugar free version next time! Hopefully there is one!

I used this product for years and loved it (lemon/lime). But then it started tasting like soap. I thought I had a bad package and bought two more. Dumb. Still tastes like soap.

My husband is in Ironman training. He uses this religiously for recovery. He likes this flavor, too.

I am 64 years old and this product really does help me recover more quickly after a long ride...just wished I had discovered it years ago.

Siempre habia consumido el de tutti fruti porque era el unico que vendian en mi país. Lamentablemente lo descontinuaron y me toco comprarlo por amazon. Asi que probe este sabor. Buen sabor, pero me quedo con el tutti fruti; pero igual compraria este sabor. Compre el tamaño grande para que asi me dure más por el tiempo de la reposición, y realmente es más rentable. Yo lo uso post entreno. Y previo a competencias. Y ha sido la mejor inversión. Mi cuerpo funciona perfectamente con él, y ayuda a evitar la perdida muscular.

Llegó antes del tiempo especificado y justo como estaba descrito, definitivamente volvería a comprar de este proveedor cuando me termine el Endurox

Much better flavor than lime. Seems to help my running recovery significantly. I also used it daily after skiing 5 days straight and felt like I recovered much faster for subsequent days.

Overall Im pretty satisfied with the R4 recovery drink. It is comparable to the p90x recovery formula in taste, carb to protein ratio as well as many of the other ingredients needed for muscle repair and recovery. It is a little bit cheaper, making it a nice option.
