I usually do an hour to an hour and a half on the elliptical and the product always helps me recover the day after a hard workout.

My husband is in Ironman training. He uses this religiously for recovery. He likes this flavor, too.

I have this after a hard workout and need to get some protein into me. Great flavor and with the other parts of this system, I always have an easy recovery.

Never found a product better for runners

Much better flavor than lime. Seems to help my running recovery significantly. I also used it daily after skiing 5 days straight and felt like I recovered much faster for subsequent days.

Great after training! Just the taste could maybe a little better.

I dont know whether it works better than other drinks, but really like the taste and look forward to my after workout drink. Ive read that it is important to get protein quickly after a workout and this allows me to enjoy the drink on the drive home from the gym. Way cheaper than buying something at the gyms nutrition bar.

dont know if this is my imagination, but I am less sore post-workouts when I drink this than not. Its a good flavor.

I bought this recovery formula to replace and existing one that was getting a bit too expense to be taking so regularly. After much research and reading reviews I tried this one and so far I like it. First the price is great in comparison to what I was buying before and second the variety of flavors is great. I bought tangy orange for the first tub and it is quite tangy almost a bit sour on the after taste but not bad, I would definitely recommend this product to others. As for performance of the drink it is too early for me to say that it does or does not do the job but I can say that I am not losing energy while working out day after day.
