I have this after a hard workout and need to get some protein into me. Great flavor and with the other parts of this system, I always have an easy recovery.

Excellent product but it’s over priced imo. No need for these powders to be this expensive... in general.

As a runner, I use this product to speed recovery after a long endurance training run. Its especially effective after Ive run a 10-mile training run and need to run a 20-miler the next day.

Fantastic product

This product has proven to be as good at exercise recovery as my friends had claimed. After hard 15 - 20 mile hikes, we recover with Endurox mixed with a whey protein mix and our exercise recovery time is greatly decreased. Ill keep using it.

My wife doesnt care for this drink...shes crazy

dont know if this is my imagination, but I am less sore post-workouts when I drink this than not. Its a good flavor.
