I used one of these smart outlets in my laundry room to control a heater remotely, as I was going to be away for 3 weeks. To my surprise, when I got home, I realized the laundry room was not getting warm, even though I had the smart outlet on. Well, while the outlet showed as on in the app, there was no voltage coming out of the smart outlet. I tried the other smart outlets and some had the some problem and others had problems connecting to the WiFi. I emailed the company for help, but no responses.

Installed these using the instructions and the smart life app. Have had them for about two years now and still working fine. They are slim so they can easily be put behind many different types of furniture. They can be added to Alexa to go along with voice commands.

Easy to use, easy to install. Put in my mothers house so she can control her lights thru Alexa. Mom says it has been a life saver since her knee surgery.

Uses the SmartLife app. Have these around the house and tide it to google home. Works as described. No issue at all I about 8 of these for lamps, outdoor lighting etc.

I have some bay lights that I hung in my garage. I didn’t want a 6 foot long pull cord hanging down and possibly getting snagged by my garage door. This worked perfectly. Flawless operation thus far.

Update: I finally got this to work using the Smart Life app after I read some other reviews. The instructions in the box clearly stated AvatarControls app, which looks similar. I had to create yet another account and give out my email again but it worked. Im bumping up to 2 stars from 1 because setup was very difficult. Original: Wont pair with app so I have to return. (Yes I have a 2.4 GHz wireless.) Since it wouldnt work with the Avatar Controls app, I looked for an Alexa skill to see if I could just get the Alexa App to discover it but there is neither a skill nor any integration to do it that way either.

I purchased this product in order to control from my phone or Alexa device a space heater and grow lights in a small walk in greenhouse. Overnight when there is not sun to warm the greenhouse the temps inside fall so I leave a space heater running overnight. Sadly, this product would work perfectly if it stayed connected to the WiFi. It does not. It randomly disconnects and only reconnects if manually connected via my phone and even then, it only stays connected for 5-10 minutes before shutting down again.

I cannot get them to work with my Harmony Hub and remote.

Great addition to any smart home! Takes a little while to setup profiles and scenes, but they work great! It’s a great timer too to turn off the TV for the kids, when they’ve been watching too long.

Of the four outlets, one was not able to connect to the WiFi, another one does not stay connected to WiFi and seems online when I am in front of it otherwise it will say off line. The third one goes on line and offline randomly. Only one is working consistently.
