Had a power surge and the one hooked to the air conditioner window unit has not worked since. kind of cheaply made i would assume. the other one is working fine (the one hooked to surge protector). so giving it a half rating. am disappointed that one died.

I couldn’t get the auto setup to work, but their is another way and that worked every time. Great item to have for Christmas tree and lights for the winter! The puck is a little more bulgy than I expected, but isn’t an issue for my use case.

From all weve seen on You Tube videos on how to hook these up they it should work fine but ours is still not working. We use 5 Ghz wi-fi band and this only works on 2.4 Ghz band. We are still undecided on whether we will use these or not. We purchased them to control our christmas trees and as you can guess the window on our immediate need for these has passed

I wanted smart plugs to replace the manual timers I use on various lamps around the house. Since I already had a smart dimmer switch that works with the Smart Life App, I wanted the plugs to be compatible with that and with Alexa. These are perfect. The sellers Customer Service is very responsive if you need help.

    Greater than one week

Tried for over an hour with all four plug with multiple phones. Couldnt find them or pair successfully with Bluetooth. One time I finally got one to appear and pair and then went to the app and it said it couldnt connect to the router multiple times despite being 2 feet away and all the other household devices using that band receiving internet. And yes, im positive it was in pair mode.

They take up too much space on plug in units where i have to use other adapters for additional hook ups plus only able to use 1 at a time for each wall outlet!

I used one of these smart outlets in my laundry room to control a heater remotely, as I was going to be away for 3 weeks. To my surprise, when I got home, I realized the laundry room was not getting warm, even though I had the smart outlet on. Well, while the outlet showed as on in the app, there was no voltage coming out of the smart outlet. I tried the other smart outlets and some had the some problem and others had problems connecting to the WiFi. I emailed the company for help, but no responses.

Good smart pugs, work with the Smart Life app. These work with both 110 and 220 V, so I was able to run my 220V AC off of it, though it required a bunch of plug adapters.

I purchased this product in order to control from my phone or Alexa device a space heater and grow lights in a small walk in greenhouse. Overnight when there is not sun to warm the greenhouse the temps inside fall so I leave a space heater running overnight. Sadly, this product would work perfectly if it stayed connected to the WiFi. It does not. It randomly disconnects and only reconnects if manually connected via my phone and even then, it only stays connected for 5-10 minutes before shutting down again.
