> 3 dayOf the four outlets, one was not able to connect to the WiFi, another one does not stay connected to WiFi and seems online when I am in front of it otherwise it will say off line. The third one goes on line and offline randomly. Only one is working consistently.

> 3 dayOnly bad thing I did not like is the round design. You cannot place two in the same socket.

> 3 dayEasy to use, easy to install. Put in my mothers house so she can control her lights thru Alexa. Mom says it has been a life saver since her knee surgery.

> 3 dayTo save anybody the aggravation and time that I lost with setting this up, here’s the fastest way to do it. 1.) Connect your phone to your WiFi’s 2.4 GHz band of your WiFi router 2.) Here’s the most important step of them all - download and install the app called “Smart Life” and NOT the one in the instructions called “AvatarControls”. 3.) In the “Smart Life” app, add a new device called “Plug (BLE+Wi-Fi)”. 4.) If you’re setting up a timer schedule for each outlet (switch), you have to set each one up separately.

Greater than one weekOK, it took some patience, for me, at least, with this companys products, but its paid off so much for me. I started with their light bulbs, about a year ago, because they were cheap, but had all the high end features, and didnt need a hub. At the time, I thought the set up was a nightmare. I went bonkers, trying to get the app to change the names of the bulbs and set them up in the config I wanted. When I first went to buy these plugs, the reason I bought these specific ones, was because they were the same manufacturer / app as the bulbs I had, and I wanted to stay hub-less, so it was a no-brainer. They had improved the app by that time, and it was much easier to set up and configure names, and rooms. I thought that most people would pull their hair out though, because I consider myself a bit tech-savvy. I just went in and had to switch some things around with my set up, let me tell you, they have it down now, oh boy. I was able to change the names of the devices, and reorganize room configuration, without even opening the app for the devices themselves, the alexa app set up the whole thing. You may have to do the initial set up through smart life (idk, but if so, I bet thats streamlined too), but Ill be deliberately looking for these products in the future, for value, and ease of use.

> 3 daySo easy to set up. I use the to control saltwater aquarium gear. Freshwater aquarium lights, bearded dragon light and water pump. Simple, they just work. The app makes it that much better. Much cheaper than aquarium controllers

> 3 dayTried for over an hour with all four plug with multiple phones. Couldnt find them or pair successfully with Bluetooth. One time I finally got one to appear and pair and then went to the app and it said it couldnt connect to the router multiple times despite being 2 feet away and all the other household devices using that band receiving internet. And yes, im positive it was in pair mode.

> 3 dayI have many smart devices and purchased this set of four smart outlets for additional home security by turning lights on and off to make it appear someone is home. They worked fine for about a month but now the app reports problems with internet access or failures to respond almost daily. I have updated the app and the devices. I have reset all of them then reprogrammed them but still have problems. These use the Smart Life app and are the only smart devices I own that use it. I also have smart devices that use the eWeLink and SmartThings apps which all perform flawlessly. I cannot determine if the fault is with the app or the devices. For now, they are used only in non-critical applications and will soon be tossed if the errors persist.

Greater than one weekUse these in multiple areas of my house. Easy to setup and connects with Alexa. Very impressed and happy with this product. Plan on purchasing several more later this year and settling all Christmas decorations/lights to these.
