So thrilled to be able to voice control my Christmas tree via Alexa than have to climb down behind the tree and plug and unplug it every single time! Yipee!! Its exciting every time I say alexa, turn on the christmas tree or Alexa turn off the Christmas tree! I know, geekly, but totally cool. Ok the product. It was pretty easy to set up. I think the instructions could have been written out a little easier to understand, but Im old, so maybe its just me. I think it was good value for the 4 pack that I bought. Ive used another one on a bedroom lamp, so its nice to tell Alexa to turn on the lamp prior to going to bed and its already on when I walk in and to just tell her to turn it off once Im in bed and ready to turn out the light, instead of fumbling for a light switch. I have two sockets left, cant wait to figure out where to put them!

Uses the SmartLife app. Have these around the house and tide it to google home. Works as described. No issue at all I about 8 of these for lamps, outdoor lighting etc.

I have several around my home for my lights to go on and off at specified times. They are linked to Alexa which is handy for voice control. I can also control them with my phone when I am not home.

We got these to hook up the lamps in our bedroom and living room.. The bedroom was more because my hubby likes to fall asleep with his on and I dont want to walk around the bed to turn it off lol.. They work great and were easy to hook up to our Echo Dot.. I plan to get more so that I can have better control of the lights throughout our house and make it easier to stop wasting power because the kids leave all the lights on.

Great product! Easy to install and configure it Not issue with sign as I have the Internet route far away still working fine inside or outside door! Good product.

OK, it took some patience, for me, at least, with this companys products, but its paid off so much for me. I started with their light bulbs, about a year ago, because they were cheap, but had all the high end features, and didnt need a hub. At the time, I thought the set up was a nightmare. I went bonkers, trying to get the app to change the names of the bulbs and set them up in the config I wanted. When I first went to buy these plugs, the reason I bought these specific ones, was because they were the same manufacturer / app as the bulbs I had, and I wanted to stay hub-less, so it was a no-brainer. They had improved the app by that time, and it was much easier to set up and configure names, and rooms. I thought that most people would pull their hair out though, because I consider myself a bit tech-savvy. I just went in and had to switch some things around with my set up, let me tell you, they have it down now, oh boy. I was able to change the names of the devices, and reorganize room configuration, without even opening the app for the devices themselves, the alexa app set up the whole thing. You may have to do the initial set up through smart life (idk, but if so, I bet thats streamlined too), but Ill be deliberately looking for these products in the future, for value, and ease of use.

They work! Instructions were bad and had to use the auto find feature on my app and not the way they said to in the instructions

These work perfectly fine as a smart on/off switch for making your electronic devices ‘smart’. The only issue I have with them is the size. You can’t fit two on a standard wall outlet. Even having just one on there blocks the second outlet a little bit. Depending on what is being plugged into the second outlet you may not be able to fit it on there. Can’t beat the price at the time of purchase though.

The problem with this device happens when integrating into the Alexa ecosphere. I’m able to see the device in Alexa but not control it.
