These shakes are much more tasty than I expected. They need to be served cold but are not the medicinal tasting horror that I was expecting. They are actually good. However, to gain the 20 grams of protein in them *higher protein than Ensures high protein shakes, you have to consume 300 calories. For someone needing overall nutrition and calorie intake or who might be limited to what they can eat, that 300 calories is probably good. I need high protein and wanted fewer calories. I found a shake at Costco that is not as tasty or rich and thick as these Ensure Enlive but has 30 grams of protein in only 160 calories. For my needs a much better deal although not as delicious. Enlive vanilla shakes are good but the chocolate ones are downright deliciously decadent and as good as a candy bar or big cup of hot chocolate. All these shakes should be served very cold for best taste.

I found this product through my Cancer Center Dietician when I was starting chemo and radiation. I was underweight and had to have a feeding tube put in my stomach just in case I couldnt eat or get enough calories and nutrition. I never used the stomach tube but used this drink instead! Along with the Boost which has 530 calories Ive been able to maintain and not lose a lb. during 3 months of treatments! My doctors and dietician are elated that I actually gained some weight and sustained through the treatments using both products. This particular one tastes fabulous and is light not thick and heavy. I highly recommend it for anyone needing the protein and calories because they dont get enough in their daily diet.

Drinking 2 of these a day in between meals to gain weight. The chocolate flavor is light and very good. Also easy on the stomach.

Amazing tasting ensure I had bought this for my husband because at the end of his life he was not able to eat like he should and it’s a stand him I had to get the best I could find for him and this was it he never got to finish off all of it because he passed before that so I wanted to try it and see how it was oh my goodness this tastes so good I got the chocolate flavor and oh my gosh it didn’t taste like the normal ensure taste it tasted like I was drinking a milkshake made at a good restaurant I am thinking about Getting some for myself to use as a substitute meal maybe once a day I like it that much it was great

I need the calories and the nutrition. Tastes good and my bloodwork comes out good every time

Great tasting and gives you plenty of protein but for some reason this last purchase I got the regular endure and only has 9 g of protein whereas Enliven has 20.

I was advised of this product from my nutritionist while currently battling cancer and using a feeding tube. It’s a great product and pretty necessary due to a lot of weight loss. I prefer & enjoy the strawberry flavor most over vanilla, although vanilla is ok. Not a fan of the chocolate flavor. This product isn’t easily found so I have very limited choices. I have ordered this product a few times. That being said, Amazon is deplorable in marketing up the price for strawberry as opposed to the other 2 flavors. The products are already somewhat pricey but then to take strawberry and mark it up an additional $18 is despicable; when there’s people that need and depend on products like this. Anyone suffering from any illnesses that require you to need this product...I wish you the best on your battle. God bless
