Honestly, Im a health-food nut so I would never support consuming these if you can get something healthier in. However, I use them to help get nutrition into people who dont have the will or strength to eat, but do have a need for nutrition,,, namely laboring moms. When I cant get a mom to take a bite of food, I can almost always get her to take a few sips of this, and it can really make a huge different. I have seen several times where I think this saved the day. So, if you have a situation where youre having a hard (or impossible) time getting better quality nutrients into someone, this can really make a difference.

Vanilla flavor is kind of boring. High in calories, 350 per bottle.

It was 5 stars! Great supplement drink until it tasted like cleaning detergent. Thanks Not sure if its amazons lack of proper storage resulting in the taste or if all 16 4 packs happen to be a bad batch. Who knows, but I know Ill never ingest this poison ever again. Sucks that it ends up this way. Ive used ensure throughout my life since middle school as a source of added nutrition since I played sports all the way throught my pro career and now this crap. Total let down.

Bought these for my mom. She had Covid and was having trouble swallowing. This was a symptom for a month. She had good nutrition delivered to her door.

These are actually very helpful for my mom. She just had her hip replaced and these are helping her with meals. Chocolate is her fave. 6.7/5

Took this at my Drs orders. Im not a chocolate fan & the vanilla tastes like chalk, so I got the strawberry. It tastes good & was a nice nutritional supplement for when I got out of the hospital & was building up my energy & muscle mass.
