> 24 hourI was very impressed with the packaging. Great care went into protecting each piece. Assembly was quick and easy, the directions clear. About the only issue is that the individual bags of screws are not identified but you can figure it out based on number provided and size. I purchased this chair as a replacement for an office managers chair. The seat is more firm, Im hoping it will soften slightly with use. I love that its a black cloth rather than vinyl leather. You dont slide around, as you do with the vinyl chairs, and its not subject to craking and flaking. The lumbar support is great once you get the back height and head rest properly adjusted. Just be aware, you need two hex keys, one on each side, to tighten and lock in the head rest position. Overall, Im very happy with this chair.

> 24 hourThe chair arms seem weak. The back support doesn’t sit quite right and keeps slipping down. I reviewed chairs for weeks before ordering as this was my worst fear. Now stuck with a chair that is assembled and can’t return. I really don’t know where to begin to take it all apart again and to try and repackage for return so I guess we’ll just make do which was my worst fear with online ordering. Seriously bummed and don’t recommend this chair.

> 24 hourOkay, so theres a lot to unpack about this chair. Ill start with what were cons for me. First off, the seat cushion is not that comfortable. Its pretty hard. Second, the height adjustment didnt work (or at least I couldnt get it to work). That wasnt such a problem for me as the height was just right for me. Third, I quickly realized that because the arms were attached to the back portion instead of the seat portion, I couldnt really use them as a support to stand up. I didnt even realize I did this until I stood for the first time. Fourth, if I adjusted the back so that the lumbar part hit the lumbar of my back, then it also raised the arm rests which meant my arms were no longer at the correct 90 degrees angle needed to reduce neck and shoulder stiffness. And lastly, my head rest did not go back as far as the manual stated. This wasnt too big of a deal for me and if anything, it made me sit up straighter. For the pros. It was fairly easy to assemble although some of the pictures were a little hard to follow trying to differentiate the different types of pieces. I do like the fact that I can recline. I also feel like Im sitting up straighter. All in all, I wouldnt buy this again. The biggest reason is because you cant support yourself on the arm rests when you stand up. It moves the whole chair and it makes it feel very flimsy and unstable.

> 24 hourThis is a good chair, provides moderate lumbar support. If youre looking for a chair that will go into a very upright position, this may not be the chair for you. I contacted the companys customer service for some suggestions on how to make it work well for me and they were VERY responsive. They gave me a few things to try and ultimately resolved my issue 100% to my satisfaction.

> 24 hour. I bought the Staynow chair hoping it would be good. Well to my surprise the chair is more than I expected. First of al it was very quick and simple to put together .Didn’t take much time and it was very easy . I am a big guy 265 lbs so I absolutely wanted something that can hold me and still feel comfortable. Well it is in fact a very solid and strong chair. It is sturdy doesn’t sink and it rolls very comfortably when needed I am happy I decided on this chair !

> 24 hourPros: -Chair is very adjustable -Good price -The assembly instructions are decent. -The arms go up! This is actually a big deal for me, my previous chairs arms were fixed and I couldnt push it in flat against the desk. This little feature helps save some space in a small room. Some small gripes: -It squeaks. My old chair after 7 years started to squeak, a new chair shouldnt really do this. I blame the extra bolts, washers and nuts. This is the first chair that I can remember that I needed to assemble its base. Normally its solid or pre-assembled whether its wood, metal or a composite. All that I usually have to do is insert the wheels. -This is a minor one and your mileage may vary, but the arm rests seem to be made of some hard rubber. I have some tendinitis in my right elbow and I found that I needed to get some arm pad cushions, which improved the comfort substantially. I normally rest my elbows on the arms a lot so comfort in the arms of the chair is important. Cons: -You can raise or lower the back of the chair with a knob not just the seat, which is great. However, in my chair leaning on one arm makes the back shift to the side in that direction. Lean the other way and it shifts that way. It doesnt matter how tight I make the knob or how low/high the back is. This makes you feel unbalanced especially if you get up using the arms of the chair to push off. -I specifically chose this chair because the seat is supposed to be 3.9 inches thick (my old one was 4.5) and many others were advertising as 3 inches. I find that the cushioning on thicker seats tend to last longer. This seat doesnt seem to be 3.9 inches, it looks closer to 3.25 or so. -This is the big one. I was leaning back in the chair and it felt like I was getting jabbed in my lower back and sure enough it was the plastic lumbar support. This was because the mesh had become loose! (see pics) The mesh seems to slot into a seam along the edge of the back of the chair. I was able to push it back in, but then it happened again a few days later. Ive now had this happen 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I dont know if this is just bad luck and I have a defective chair but this is just too much. I am now in the really annoying position of having to disassemble the chair and return it before the return window closes. I dont know if Im going to exchange it or look for another brand. Its a good thing I havent gotten rid of my old beat up chair as of yet. I really wanted this chair to work out, but it has too many issues.

> 24 hourThese screws are supposed to go into the holes, but the holes are too big for the parts described in the manual. Usually these products come with bolts to tighten from the other side, but nope! The product looks different from the manual. Now I have to go to Home Depot to get the right parts. Why do they not to quality checks? I really don’t get it.

> 24 hourI work eight hours a day and forty hours a week as a cashier/receptionist at a Ford dealership and I recently bought this chair to replace the cheap and uncomfortable chair that my work provided for me. I have Fibromyalgia and this chair helps me to sit up straighter and relieves some of my chronic pain. The chair is pleasant to look at and ergonomic enough to support me during my 8 hour shift. If youre looking for a quality work chair then look no further!
