it is really support my back and breathable. for me it is really easy to install and not that heavy. the arm rest is adjustable and fit anyones arm even for my little baby.

Bought this office chair because the old one I had during pandemic is broken due to low quality. The design of flip up armrest is cool, I simply flip them up and push the chair all the way to my desk. Like the extra thick cushion, make me feel comfortable even seating on it for long hour working. Im not a tall person, so the adjustable backrest fits my height, helps my lower back pain. Never had an office chair with headrest before, but this one really gives me a nice experience, its good to have it when I tilt the chair back. Overall, Im happy to have this chair.

These screws are supposed to go into the holes, but the holes are too big for the parts described in the manual. Usually these products come with bolts to tighten from the other side, but nope! The product looks different from the manual. Now I have to go to Home Depot to get the right parts. Why do they not to quality checks? I really don’t get it.

I recently purchased this chair after using another one for one year. I had a backache due to long drives, heavy work schedule that got cured without any problems after using this chair for my day-to-day work within a week. After two weeks of using this chair, I feel happy for my purchase and would be happy to recommend my friends this chair. I would be happy if they can also make small design change for the cons I specified below, as it would make end-user feel much better with their purchase. Hope someone from the team do review this comment and take appropriate action in the design to increase Handrail and Headrest issues. It took me some time to assemble the chair, but was well worth it. This chair is comfortable and highly adjustable. I particularly like the headrest, which can be adjusted for both its height and its angle.

Office chair is a good quality and comfortable. Yet to be seen as to how well it holds up.
