I recently purchased this chair after using another one for one year. I had a backache due to long drives, heavy work schedule that got cured without any problems after using this chair for my day-to-day work within a week. After two weeks of using this chair, I feel happy for my purchase and would be happy to recommend my friends this chair. I would be happy if they can also make small design change for the cons I specified below, as it would make end-user feel much better with their purchase. Hope someone from the team do review this comment and take appropriate action in the design to increase Handrail and Headrest issues. We got this chair as a gift for our son and he loves it.He is a gamer and a student so it works well for homework too. He loves the design, and says it adds some style to his room. Happy with this purchase.
