> 3 dayA plethora of helmets that cost a 1/6 th of the price saturate the market. You only have a set of eyes...and some things are not to be skimped on. Comfort is top notch, very light without feeling flimsy, user friendly controls and unique styling make the Sentinel worth every penny.

Greater than one weekThis is a fairly good hood. It has a comfortable halo and some useful features. The memory settings are nice when not doing same thing all the time. I like the grind button access on outside of the hood. One issue I have had only a few times, the auto darken sometimes doesnt sense right away and flashes you. I cleaned and checked the lense and nothing really is dirty or scratched. It has only happened a hand full of times. The viewing area is bigger than most auto darken hoods, more is visible, which is nice.

> 3 dayLove the helmet but the head harness has a major flaw. The pop nut adjustment knob keeps popping off, I just lived with it until I had to send it back in for repair, the auto-dark lens failed. This was cover by warranty. I had mention the weak design and they also replaced the harness which was nice. I get it back, happy so I thought. Knowing of the weak design I was careful not to over stress the tightener, but after using it no more than 12 times, the damn press-on nut popped off again, it is now lost on my shop floor.. I contacted the manufacture and they want one to buy the entire head harness, for a 25cent pressed on nut. I even mention I would buy 6-12 of the nut, given they pop off so easy, I get no response. You that buy this helmet, one will have to be very carful, might be best to pop it off and super glue it back into place. As for me I will have to figure out to fix mine, NO way in hell I am going to buy a new harness for a 25 cent part. Once this helmet is no longer useable, will surely buy something else.

> 3 dayThe clarity and field of view is absolutely amazing. Have tried TIG yet, but if what I have seen using 6010, and 7018, it won’t be a problem. The head gear is amazing, has so much adjustability and is very comfortable. I love this helmet!

Greater than one weekComing from my Miller elite to the esab is night and day for me. I can see the puddle much more clearly and the grind button is a game changer.

> 3 dayI have been using a Miller helmet this helmet I like a ton more than my Miller. The screen is nice and large has a button for grinding thats easy to use. The yellow front shield helps alot with lower light areas. Happy with my purchase
