Easy to clean; love the bag less feature

AS good or better than my AIRSTREAM from eureka Ive had for 6 years. Our SHARK had the brush roll stop spinning...and this Eureka has better suction. BUT, Eureka has shortened the cord, so I cant do the whole set of 12 steps. My old one had about 3 more feet of cord and could do the steps without re-plugging it...but if that is the only issue, I will ad a 5 foot extension cord to vac to solve that simple issue. New flex / swiveling head makes this like the SHARK, but sharks u cant repair or get parts for. The SHARK is in the garbage...it looks pretty, but no go, no mas!

This is my initial review after a few weeks of using this vacuum. I had an inexpensive bag less Eureka Pet vacuum before, and loved it. My first impression was that this vacuum felt cheap and flimsy, because the debris tank comes off too easily even when you dont push the button release. This has not been and issue since I have gotten used to it. It may have been seated poorly when I first got it. The vacuum has powerful suction and in my experience if the tank and filter are cleaned after every use, they will maintain that suction from here on. This vacuum is of a simpler design, only using one filter whereas my last vacuum used two filters and a screen inside the tank. Advantage - fewer filters to buy. Disadvantage - possibly less filtration, particularly of pollen. I found that one of my filters from my old vacuum will work in this vacuum, which is great since I had a few new filters left over. The vacuum throws out a rush of air directly forward, and I mean a strong rush! This bothers me in that - I dont want to blow debris on my carpet back into the kitchen or bathroom, before I even vacuum. It is an easy vacuum to use and has the same width as my old one, so it gets between the legs of chairs. The cord is the same length as my other vacuum, which means I still use a short extension cord with it, so the cord has enough reach so I am not constantly plugging in and unplugging. I have only used the handle with hose once, and it seemed clumsy at best. I will probably just add another hose to this one to make it easier to use. The tank is easy to clean, definitely easier than my other Eureka. As I use this vacuum more and more, I like it more and more, but it does not feel as solid as my last Eureka. BTW my last vacuum only cost $50. I will update this review in a year.

I really like this vacuum! It is lightweight & powerful. It’s amazing how much it picks up.

Light weight so its easy to move around. My carpet looks clean but when I used this vaccum cleaner it collected so much unseen dust from the carpet! Its a pretty small size so its easy to store it. It was also easy assembly.

This is my second bag less vacuum. The first one was a a red dirt demon brand. It was very difficult to remove the canister to empty it, and very difficult to reinstall. On bare floors the vacuum would spit debris out the back. The Eureka has a very easy to use canister that comes off and reassembles with ease. On bare floors it does not spit debris out the back, and the edge cleaning is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend this vacuum to all.

The item came damaged and now I have to take a day off from work and wait for him. Is anybody going to pay me for my day off? NO

Great for pet hair ! The container comes off very easy you just dump it into the garbage. You can see the entire container so you know instantly when its full- - No bags!! Dumping is super easy, just press one button. The suction is great, it also has adjustments for bare floor, low carpet, high carpet, etc. I believe there are 5 settings. There are a few attachments; they work great. The cord is quite long, getting around is easy. I have also used it on a long haired rug and it works great if you hold the handle with one hand then grab the handle of the container with your free hand and only go forward (otherwise you need someone standing on the rug). Long hairs do get wrapped around the wheel, so you need to up do them from time to time. If you dont, there is sometimes a burning smell. A great purchase.

Works very well for a budget vac. Does not have any problems at all doing its job, although the storage capacity seems a tad small
