Just got this and tried it around the house. It has a very strong suction and worked fine on hardwood floors, carpeted floors, and rugs. Like other reviewers have said, it blows strong air from the front. So some of the things you want to vacuum will get blown away. When I was by my drapes to vacuum the drapes blew like there was a hurricane in the room. Maybe thats the way the vacuum is intended to work and has such strong suction. Pretty satisfied for a vacuum for under $100.

This small lightweight vacuum is easy to assemble just slide the handle into place, attach the two pieces that you wrap the cord around to the back of the handle attach the hose and cannister and you’re ready to go! Instructions are very easy to understand and follow. Took me abt 2-3 minutes to put it all together. There are places on the vacuum to store the attachments but I never use those as the wrap around hose is always too short to reach where I need to go so I have a small hand held vacuum I use specifically for that. I bought this to vacuum the floors in my house and it works great on hardwood and area rugs. All in all it’s a great little vacuum, has great suction and the price is very affordable.

The suction is actually very good! I mean its so good that it will suck up the cord and cut it. Please be careful to keep the cord away from the vacuum head, otherwise you will be in danger of cutting the cord and getting electrocuted from the inside wires of the cord. Check the cords frequently in case you are not the only one who vacuums.

I’ve gone through a lot of vacuums and this one has been my favorite so far. I am not easy on my vacuums and this one has lasted me almost a year with no issues. The filter is super easy to clean and it sucks up hair and little things very well. Comes with good attachments too. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I think the suction could be a little bit better but regardless it gets the job done and is lightweight. Would buy again

I have been amazed at how well this very reasonably priced vacuum works. It’s adjustable with several levels from bare floor to heavy pile carpets. The first time that I used it it picked up remarkable amounts of dirt and pet hair that my old.($450.00) vacuum, which I had had just used the day before, This vacuum is definitely a great buy.

AS good or better than my AIRSTREAM from eureka Ive had for 6 years. Our SHARK had the brush roll stop spinning...and this Eureka has better suction. BUT, Eureka has shortened the cord, so I cant do the whole set of 12 steps. My old one had about 3 more feet of cord and could do the steps without re-plugging it...but if that is the only issue, I will ad a 5 foot extension cord to vac to solve that simple issue. New flex / swiveling head makes this like the SHARK, but sharks u cant repair or get parts for. The SHARK is in the garbage...it looks pretty, but no go, no mas!

Generally easy to use with the exception of the foot controls. The vac is so light that these two controls, one for power on and the other to unlock from the lock position are not so easily engaged or disengaged. It takes practice. Vacuum is not loud but definitely not quiet either. It does quite well what a vacuum is supposed to do though. Cleaning is not difficult although there are three parts to it. Not a bad vac for the money of 80.00
