Greater than one weekThe first thing I noticed and LOVED was the super easy assembly; no screws needed to attach the handle. It just snaps in place. All the accessory tools have their own storage spot on the vacuum as well. It’s strangely satisfying to see all the dust and dirt sucked up into the canister. I have a cat and his fur goes everywhere. I was about to vacuum the other day when the roller brush on my old one wouldn’t rotate and was even smoking. It lasted about six years. The same thing happened to the one before that, which only lasted three years. After two vacuums from the same brand dying too soon, I decided to try Eureka. I’ve only had it for a day (I’ve used it already) but it vacuums just as well as the other vacuums I’ve had and is less expensive! Hair does get caught in the roller brush; but that’s every vacuum I’ve ever owned. It makes a very high pitched whistling sound so I can only imagine what my cat is hearing. Definitely for sure make sure it’s on the proper setting. I have an area rug and set it on the lowest carpet setting and it grabbed onto the area rug and wouldn’t let go. The floor/carpet setting usually doesn’t make a difference. This is the first vacuum I’ve had where the setting actually matters.

Greater than one weekI LOVE how lightweight this is, it makes vacuuming so much easier. The cord is SUPER long too, which is nice. I feel like it picks up a ton of fur (we have a cat) and debris from the kids. Its doesnt turn quite as well or easily as the Shark we used to own, but for 90$ Im pretty happy with it. Was very easy ti put together, the pictures were most helpful.

> 3 dayThis vacuum sucks up dirt and cat litter really well! It also works good on very thick, plush carpet. It works so well that my mom now wants to buy one after using mine!

> 3 dayI bought this for Black Friday and I’m glad I got it at a deal. This vacuum is very lightweight and has great suction (especially with cat litter on wood flooring) but I feel like there may have been a part or two missing from the packaging (part of the handle and 1 attachment). But for a single person with all hardwood floors (except for some rugs), it does the job well!

> 3 dayWe bought this to replace a Shark Navigator we had purchased in 2020. The Eurekas suction power is far superior...to the point I have a hard time pushing it on one of our carpets. (Still fiddling with the adjustments on that to find what works best.)

> 3 dayNice light weight machine. It has good suction and debris is easy to remove from canister. Overall quite nice, however the motor noise is somewhat high - pitched.

> 3 dayIve used this vacuum daily for about 15 months. I have hardwood floors and it does an excellent job picking up the crumbs and messes from my three kids, the coarse hair of my dog and my cats hair. I use the hose attachments for everything... window sills, couch cushions, stove top, baseboards, etc and the suction loss is minimal and gets the job done. I will say its rather loud as Ive found it works best for my floors when its on high carpet so the brush hits the floor. But I love the length of the cord and the rewind feature! I live in 850 square feet and am able to get just about everywhere from a central outlet and retract the cord in seconds when Im done. The light is SO incredibly helpful, I wont go without one again. Im having to replace it because as another reviewer pointed out, the step and pull back function to start vacuuming is SUPER loud and clunky and finally stopped working altogether, so the vacuum can no longer stay upright without being propped. I chose another Eureka to replace it as I really do enjoy the powerspeed technology for my purposes, but I made sure the new model has a step button instead.
