> 3 dayAbsolutely WRECKED the bottoms grips of my controller trying to get the faceplate off. The faceplate itself is easy to install but taking the original out is what ruined my controller. Please include a video on how to remove it for people like me. The tool broke on me and when watching videos on YouTube it seemed like everyone had removed easily.

> 3 dayI loved the faceplates I got for the previous Elite controller, and while this one look great as well the D-Pad fitment is not quite right. I cannot hit Down+Right with the plate attachment, and while I can hit it with the standard d-pad the feeling is obviously much shallower and I feel like id miss a Down+Right on occasion.

14-04-2025Ive missed and shell swapped many controllers, mostly DS4s but some others, but I was very hesitant to even swap the faceplate on the Elite Series 2 because the controller is damn near perfect in my eyes. Ive almost always used ExtremeRate shells and kits so when I saw they were offering Series 2 faceplates I decided to galrab one because I trust the quality and fit to be close to OEM and not feel cheap and take away from a very expensive controller. I definitely wasnt disappointed as the fit is perfect, the soft finish is really comfortable, and it looks incredible. Its incredibly easy to install and is just snap fit on and off, no screws. Im extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.

> 3 dayNeeded to change the faceplate to pink to match my daughters room aesthetic. Somewhat easy to install, there’s tutorials on YouTube. The faceplate is study and has a soft finish for the pink which is cute.
