Had a laptop used to boot and run fine. Had a program install a bad driver...could not get it to boot---bought this...and it utterly failed to repair the PC or even install a new copy of WIN10.

This wasnt for Windows 11. I was disappointed in the reset.

This was such a bargain and a much easier way of accessing the windows install than burning my own disc or making my own flash drive.

Was hoping to re-install Windows 10. The process stops about 90 percent through, and says files are missing or corrupted. Sent email to tech support, but did not receive an answer. Good luck if you try it - didn’t work for me.
