Greater than one weekInstructions are not easy to understand. You must be computer savvy to use. If you are getting the BSOD or CRITICAL PROCESS DIED dont waste your time with this. How very disappointing!!!

> 3 dayThe instructions are convoluted any additional resources are convoluted or incorrect entirely. I cant believe I spent this money thinking that I could fix my computer myself with a thumb drive. Im going to take it to the shop because when I started my computer said that it had Windows 10 on it and by the time I was done it said there was no windows on it and I followed the instructions exactly to the point that I could.
