> 3 dayI think the instructions were written for a desktop and not a laptop. The software wouldnt boot for my Gateway laptop as instructed. For mine I had to tap F2 to got into Setup and to the BOOT menu and move the USB drive to the top of the list before the hard drive. Then the software worked as stated and it was easy from there on. EZALink tech support was very helpful and verified what I had done. I was able to fix and restore Windows 10 and my laptop is now up and running and most importantly with no loss of data. This $15 piece of software saved me from having to buy a new laptop.

Greater than one weekMy laptop has been broke for months now until someone mentioned that i can just get a boot disk and reinstall windows, i was worried it would cost an arm and a leg then i found this product reinstalled windows on two of my laptops easily and fast great product

> 3 dayYou plug it in and it goes through the host process that act like its building something then when it comes to installing the windows its always have some sort of error which allows the fail and Ive tried it over and over Ive even reached out to the Tech Support never received a response just didnt flat out do what it was supposed to do

> 3 dayThe flash drive function exactly as advertised. Window10 was very easy to reinstall with the flash drive. I would give it 5 stars which it deserves but for one thing. The instructions for a newer Acer Laptop are missing.
