So glad a friend told me about these watercolor pencils, they are awesome! The color is beautiful and they blend great.

Still too early to get the technique sorted with these pencils but the quality is what you would expect from the maker.

This set has a great selection of colors for a beginner, at a reasonable price. The colors are bright and vibrant and flow easily when water is applied. Their level of softness Id very comfortable for the amateur artist. My teacher brought in a selection of pencils of different brands so that we could try them. I liked this brand better than most of the others. The only one that was softer was twice the price.

Wunderschöne, intensive Farben. Die Farbauswahl ist genau richtig. Die Stifte waren ein Geschenk und kamen super an. Ich selber habe sie auch ausprobiert und muss sagen - es sind die besten Aquarellstifte mit denen ich je gearbeitet habe. Absolut zu empfehlen!

These pencils are of a very good quality. There is a good range of colours that work well wet or dry. They arrived very speedily and well packaged.

Faber Castell watercolor pencils are the best in terms of value and performance. While it is comparable to suptacolor, stop comparing this to Caran DAche aquarelle, its like buying a family car vs a sports car, I own supracolor, aquarelle, FC, van gogh, and Mitsubishi and I say with honesty that these are good, quality watercolor pencils. My mother in law is an artist and when I gave her the 12 FC WC to try, she was surprised that these melts like butter on a frying pan when you mix it with water (she is using supracolor for watercolored pencils until that time). I bought one for my son , 8 years old a 60 set, and my wife another 12 set for her coloring book. Go ahead and buy it. It is perfect for everyone.
