This is my 2nd Fancierstudio heat press. I love how easy it is to use. Its great for my tee business!

Good size. Pretty heavy. The handle is a little hard to lock down and unlock. The edges have some sharp spots. Other than that It’s okay.

The heat press is fairly easy to use. The arm requires a bit of strength to lock it into place. I’m very disappointed because I haven’t even had it for 30 days yet, used it 5 or 6 times and the coating is already peeling off of the hot plate. It’s just continuing to get worse with each use.

I purchased this on September 18, 2020. After a couple of times of pressing items I noticed that some areas would not be done like others. I then purchased a heat gun. The top section is colder than my set temperature by 60+ degrees. the middle is correct and the bottom of the heating area is hotter by 15+ degrees. This press came highly recommended so I am hoping it is just that I got a dud and it can be easily fixed. I have e-mailed the company and I am waiting for a response. If not my next step is to file a claim with Asurion because I did by that added warranty also. In the mean time, I have a 5x5 section that I can use out of my 15x15 heat press. I will upload pictures of the variance next time I have it on. I will also edit if and when the company contacts me.

I purchased this press at the end of March of this year in hopes that I could make customized shirts for myself, my kids and family. Only a couple of months after purchasing my press started to malfunction. It would not heat up, the press would not show the temp or timer. Not to mention the timer did not work from day 1. I had to set timers on my phone when using it. After watching YouTube videos I discovered the timer should automatically begin after you begin to press. Well mine never did that. So I was sent a defective press. I sent it back to the company and after 3 weeks I got it back. The back of the press was lose because they didn’t tighten the screws back on, the press looked banged up and not in the condition I sent it. But I gave birth to my third child shortly after getting it back and didn’t use it. Decided a few days ago that I was going to make some t-shirts for my kids after recovering. Well guess what... the press won’t show the temp or timer and still won’t heat up. I don’t recommend this press to anyone. They won’t replace this defective press or give me a refund because it’s past 90 days. They want to guess what is wrong with it through email and send me parts to fix it myself. I paid a lot of money for this press and I’m very upset and not satisfied. I tried to work with the company but I’m beyond frustrated at this point.

Item as described, manual leaves much to figure out on your own, but with youtube videos posted by other owners and a little bit of trial and error I have it figured out. Made my 1st 3 shirts this week, worked like a charm! :-D

I am frustrated because the press stopped turning on. I did purchase a warranty, thankfully. But I am even more frustrated with the warranty because I have to return the press, and wait for them to fix it and ship it back to me. This will take several weeks, in the mean time - I am without a press. Save your money and buy from heat press nation

When I took it out of the box, the digital reader was not working properly but it is too much of a hassle to exchange. It works for what its supposed to do. It does take a while to warm up and I do wonder about my electrical bill, so I save using the heat press for larger projects or when I have saved up enough projects to do at once.
