> 3 daySo at first, I was really excited to get this out and start using it! It works pretty good although alot of the time I have to do 2-5 presses even though its set for the same temp and time that each thing is suppose to be done by! Its sadly starting to peel the protective stuff off that is on top! Its also not that easy to open our close! I thought with it being my first heat press maybe I would get used to it and it would become easier.. well I bought it in April and now we are in October!! I regret getting this one and not the one I originally wanted!

> 3 dayGreat product. My only complaint would be the instructions are not in very good English. I was able to figure it out however they did not list in the directions to use the cover between heat press and vinyl/item.

> 3 dayI gave it a 4 star because I havent used it that much. It heats up quickly and seems to work great. I have made a few things but mostly for gifts so Im unsure as to whether they are staying on the clothes.

Greater than one weekWhen I purchased this I thought it sounded like the best deal for my money. It is very heavy (which is fine-its supposed to be) but lifting the handle up was very difficult and still kind of is unless I brace my other hand on the base. Even if I loosen the pressure on the handle to make it easier to lift it either doesnt lock or doesnt put enough pressure for the vinyl to stick. Also, I wish I would have bought a swing-away heat press instead. My desk with my heat press is hip-high so it is sometimes difficult to get under the top to lay shirts straight. Its different from the product picture but mostly the same so not that big of a deal, but I also chose this one because its blue and mine was not blue. Also, Ive had issues with the entire plate not heating up as if there are cold spots. The edges seem to heat up correctly but dead center doesnt get as hot. So normally I just bump up the temp ALOT higher than what the vinyl calls for and for a longer time to get good application. Overall, I wish I could return and get something different, but Im happy with it for now.

> 3 dayI am frustrated because the press stopped turning on. I did purchase a warranty, thankfully. But I am even more frustrated with the warranty because I have to return the press, and wait for them to fix it and ship it back to me. This will take several weeks, in the mean time - I am without a press. Save your money and buy from heat press nation

> 3 dayI love this press. I wish that I had bought this one for myself, but at least I can use it at the studio. Its a clam shell open and close, to decrease the chance for burning your arms (yes, Ive done that). The timer begins as soon as you close the press, rather than having to remember to start the timer and guessing the press time. We have used it for Eco printing on paper, shirts, paper bags. We have also used it to press HTV onto shirts and other items. Tis is a good press.
