> 3 dayI’ve been really impressed by this heat press. It’s sturdy, super easy to use, & has a great even press. This is not my first heat press, but wanted to go with a 15x15 this time & works perfectly for adult shirts!

> 3 dayWhen I purchased this I thought it sounded like the best deal for my money. It is very heavy (which is fine-its supposed to be) but lifting the handle up was very difficult and still kind of is unless I brace my other hand on the base. Even if I loosen the pressure on the handle to make it easier to lift it either doesnt lock or doesnt put enough pressure for the vinyl to stick. Also, I wish I would have bought a swing-away heat press instead. My desk with my heat press is hip-high so it is sometimes difficult to get under the top to lay shirts straight. Its different from the product picture but mostly the same so not that big of a deal, but I also chose this one because its blue and mine was not blue. Also, Ive had issues with the entire plate not heating up as if there are cold spots. The edges seem to heat up correctly but dead center doesnt get as hot. So normally I just bump up the temp ALOT higher than what the vinyl calls for and for a longer time to get good application. Overall, I wish I could return and get something different, but Im happy with it for now.

> 3 dayI purchased this press at the end of March of this year in hopes that I could make customized shirts for myself, my kids and family. Only a couple of months after purchasing my press started to malfunction. It would not heat up, the press would not show the temp or timer. Not to mention the timer did not work from day 1. I had to set timers on my phone when using it. After watching YouTube videos I discovered the timer should automatically begin after you begin to press. Well mine never did that. So I was sent a defective press. I sent it back to the company and after 3 weeks I got it back. The back of the press was lose because they didn’t tighten the screws back on, the press looked banged up and not in the condition I sent it. But I gave birth to my third child shortly after getting it back and didn’t use it. Decided a few days ago that I was going to make some t-shirts for my kids after recovering. Well guess what... the press won’t show the temp or timer and still won’t heat up. I don’t recommend this press to anyone. They won’t replace this defective press or give me a refund because it’s past 90 days. They want to guess what is wrong with it through email and send me parts to fix it myself. I paid a lot of money for this press and I’m very upset and not satisfied. I tried to work with the company but I’m beyond frustrated at this point.

Greater than one weekSo far I am very impressed with this machine. Makes the work very easy to do and quickly. Heavy and built solid. I was able to do 6 cruise t-shirts within minutes. I purchased a 9x12 Fancierstudio over a year ago and constantly second guessed myself on the positioning of the vinyl. Now I can actually see and just wished I went with the 15x15 in the first place.

Greater than one weekIve had it for a while now and still a newbie at heat pressing, but it gets the job done. The lack of instruction was a bit daunting but after a bit of playing with the controls it wasnt too difficult to figure out. Couple of tips: -if you set the timer, every time you close the lid, it will start and beep when the time is up... and keep beeping. To avoid that, I just stop the timer once I shut the lid. -for me, the vinyl needed to be set for longer times, so I did whatever the vinyl manufacturer said but then repeated it for fear of burning something if left too long. -it does take a bit to heat up, but Ive not had any issue with it getting to the proper temperature. I havent tried the sublimination aspect yet (no clue as to how that works) but Im excited to give it a go in the near future. Its been a great investment for this new crafter.

> 3 dayWorks as stated. Timely delivery. Heavy. No damage. My only reason for 4 stars is because when using heavier pressure, the arm is difficult to open, which can potentially cause damage to the item. When attempting to open on heavy pressure, the whole thing lifts. I have to pull down on the protective sheet and lift the arm at the same time. My tip is start trying to open around three seconds remaining.

> 3 dayNice cheap heat press. Easy to use. Only negative is how far it opens, it could be wider to make it easier to load a garment.
