Feather Double Edge Safety Razor Blades 100 Count

I love these blades. I have used them for years now and the savings over multi blade or disposable razors alone would be enough for me, but the shave I get with these is great also. I have fairly thick facial hair and can dull a razor pretty fast but I can get three good shaves from these blades easily. I have less irritation from these and a closer shave than modern razors. The only thing better is a straight razor.

These are not the Feather Stainless blades that Ive grown accustomed to using. All the Feather blades Ive used previous to this pack, for years, have consistently fit my razors well and have given a fantastic smooth shave. I was able to use those blades 4-5 times, consistently, before moving on to a new one. These blades are the opposite. They dont fit my razors well (one of which is a Feather AS-D2). The Qty 100 box is divided into 20 individual boxes of 5. Odd thing is that the size of these individual packs is meant for 10 blades. (Ive only ever had the 10 blade sized box come with 10 blades) Next, there is an overly excessive amount of wax on each blade, in each blades wrapper. Ive found that I actually need to take a little time to scrape the blades before putting them on my razor. All of this leads me to believe that either Feather has a manufacturer who isnt producing blades to Feathers usual quality standard, or these are simply just counterfeits. Im going to be more careful in my purchasing next time.

Different packaging was the first sign these wouldnt be the feather blades i was used to. Then I tried them and had to go several harsh passes to cut my medium-coarse stubble. These wouldnt last two shaves, and are not the same as Feathers of the past. Counterfeit product? Change in production? Either way, Im done with these and buying shaving gear on Amazon.

I purchased the Feather Stainless Steel double edge razor, which came with a 5 double edge blade cartridge. I purchased these 100 Feather Razor Blades in addition. While waiting for these blades, I used a couple of the blades that came with my razor. Those blades cut smooth and clean and left my face buttery smooth. Once these razor blades arrived, I opened up a fresh pack of these and began using them. These blades left my face cut up with razor burn. I continued to use these blades for approximately a month and it didnt seem to get any better. I went back to the blades that had come with my original Feather Razor to see if it was the way I was shaving. Needless to say, the original blades left my face buttery smooth with absolutely no cuts or razor burn. Either Feather has different types of blades with different qualities or these are knock offs. Either way, Im left with a 95 more razor blades that will probably tear my face apart. These were shipped from Thailand so keep that in mind. I would either buy from a domestic seller or Japanese seller, since these are supposed to be made in Japan.

Awesome product and came to me quickly. Best shave I have ever had short of a straight razor at a barber shop. Well deserved 5 stars

These are the go to blades. No other brand Ive tried has been anywhere near as sharp.

These blades are great, I bought a whole brick of them so I wont run out all year long. Very sharp and every one of exactly the same quality, from the first opened to the last months later.

Got my Feather blades yesterday, and shaved with one in my Standard Razor today. Very sharp but I couldnt tell the difference, or much difference, in my Schick blades that I used last week, or any of the other blades Ive tried---Gillette, Lord, and some others. I say this as a compliment in that the hype on these blades sharpness borders on scary, and therefore I was relieved that they are simply extremely sharp but very comfortable as well. They may indeed be the sharpest blade out there, but they are comfortable as well and not dangerously sharp.
