> 3 dayBest blades out there hands down! I also have Astra SP and have tried many others including Gillette Platinums, Silver Blues, Shark, Polsilver, etc... and by far the Feathers are definitely the best out there. They are the ones I seem to reach for the most. 200 feather blades for about $40.00 Can’t complain.

Greater than one weekBest razor blades on the market! Sharpest and can be smooth as long as you have good technique. Sharp blades are the way to go! At first when I started wet shaving, I didn’t like these blades. They weren’t smooth and I got cut up pretty bad. After my technique got better (took about a year) and I tried it in different razors, this blade hands down is my go to blade now! Works very well in my Merkur 37C slant razor and some of my adjustable razors like a Gillette Fatboy or Rex Ambassador. These are very good for adjustable razors as you can dial the efficiency to make the blade run smooth and still have that super sharpness to them. These blades are authentic. You get the nice sleeved box as pictured and it looks great in a shave den. The wax wrapping has the feather logo on it and the blue color on it isn’t faded. You can tell the seller provides stock that is fresh! Performance with these blades are outstanding for me. I have a very thick beard hair that needs a sharp blade to cut through. I hate that pulling or tugging feel I sometimes get with other blades around my neck area. These blades don’t do that for me. They just cut through my facial hair with ease. The shave you get will be very close so you don’t have to shave every day unless your job or lifestyle requires it. Less shaving can also help with less irritation. The more passes you do or more shaving you have to do could cause more irritation on your face. That’s why I like these is after I shave, face looks and feels good for the entire day. After about 24 hours later, I start to get stubble so no biggie. On the 3rd day I shave with these and it’s no problem getting the facial hair off again. My facial hair growth pattern changes directions a lot so the sharpness can help overcome these weird angles. The key for this and really any blade you use is have a light touch with your razor, proper shave angle, pay a bit more attention to your shave and take your time. Enjoy your shave! After your shave, always follow up with a good post shave routine. As these blades are sharp, I do like to splash a good aftershave and then follow up with a nice balm to rehydrate and soothe the skin. Seller shipped very quickly and I can tell the blades were fresh. The glue that’s on the blades wasn’t running or looked like it melted due to sitting in an uncontrolled environment. Everything was wrapped just like the real deal. These are also great for travel as the plastic boxes the blades come in have a section you can dispose your blades into. Along with that, you get 10 blades per box so you can take 2 boxes with you and be good for a long trip. This is a great deal for them! Your talking about 200 blades! If you use 1 blade, shave every other day, and on your 2nd shave you chuck the blade, these will last you 2+ years! 1 blade every other day shave and chuck it (fresh blade every shave) that’s about 182 blades a year. For the price the seller has this bundle for, you can have the best shaves all year long. Think about the cost of other brand blades that you get at the store. When I shaved with cartridges, I swear I paid around 35 bucks for 8 blades. You get 200 blades for 10 bucks more! What I paid for a month of blades I can now pay for at least a year if not more. The blades for me last about 2-3 sometimes maybe 4-5 shaves. First and 2nd shaves are good but that butter knife feel starts to degrade on the 3rd shave for me. Your first pass may feel a bit rough as the edge sets in but it’s nothing major. Some people will strop the blade against some jean material before shaving so they don’t get that new blade slight roughness as the edge sets in. It may be due to the coating on the edge not sure. I don’t worry about it as it’s not anything bad. By the 2nd pass, your edge will be set and you get that sharp cutting power as always but alot smoother! I don’t push my shaves with these blades. When they get dull, you will know for sure! I do 2 full shaves and out. I do 3 pass shaves. First pass with the grain, 2nd against the grain, 3rd is cleanup/buffing and after that I’m damn near BBS. Some people can push the blades farther and get more shaves but it truly is YMMV! They are so cheap in my opinion that their really is no need to push a blade past it’s limit. For more aggressive razors like an R41, I go 1 shave and chuck it. All depends on your beard and your hardware. Again, YMMV! Overall I highly recommend these blades even for new wet shavers to try out. Don’t be scared of what people say about how these blades are so sharp that you will bleed all over and have to go to the hospital haha! Any blade can cut you bad. You just gotta have good technique down before you try these! If you have issues with irritation from these blades then re visit them once your technique is down or try them on a milder razor. For me, I can pretty much use these on any razor but with the R41, I really gotta be careful as it’s so agreessive and these blades are so sharp. They can cut you to the point you don’t even feel it because they are that sharp. I don’t really cut myself with these. I sometimes may get small weepers (rarely happens) but nothing major. Nothing an alum block or stiptic pencil can stop. But definitely no pulling or tugging. If you do get that feeling, it’s more likely your angle is off or bad technique. Overall I’m very impressed with this seller and his product! Great product, good shipping, and good communication. Will be buying again soon. Thank you!

20-11-2024These are my favorite! So smooth and close. This is more impressive because I have a thick beard and that is normally where claims fall short. These were recommended to me by multiple barbers that use them for their premium shaves (i.e. those $30 shaves offered at upscale barber shops). I gave a few blades a shot prior to getting these to be fair and still found them to be the best. I ranked my top 3 below based on the ones I have tried (Dorco Red & Prime, Feathers, Derby, Derby Prime, Astra, Shark). On the non-reusable blades, Ive tried Harrys, Fusion Pro Glide, Gillette. These blades are by far the best and offer the best value given that they are about $.22 cents each. Top 3 Ranking: 1. Feathers 2. Dorco Prime 3. Dorco Reds

> 3 dayThrow these bad boys in my Gillette Slim Adjust. and Gillette Giromatic. They work like a charm, wont be buying anything else, these are the blades for me. They have great packaging and great function... two things that rarely come together, but when they do they create a great customer experience.
