I have no idea how these have any good reviews. I wore these socks for a quick 4 mile walk through Waterton Canyon (which is completely flat), and I have 5 huge blisters on my feet. I go hiking in the mountains all the time and I have never gotten so many blisters, not even when I wore a pair of super thin, $1.50 socks from Target. Save your money and get some different socks. These are terrible.

A little tighter than I like my socks to feel

I usually wear size 9 - 10 Women’s and the large fit perfect! The socks are great quality and will keep your feet warm. The cushion and compression and support feels amazing, especially for my flat feet.

This weekend I wore a pair of socks on a 6 mile hike. I usually wear regular long socks and have no problems but I wanted to try hiking socks. Once I got home I took my socks off and noticed holes in the back heel and in the big toe where the most wear was occurring. I would assume that socks that are designed for hiking would last for more than 6 miles. I had planned to bring these backpacking, however, I think they will stay at home since the last thing I want is to be in the middle of a 20+ mile hike with socks that have holes in them.

Super comfortable socks. They dont bunch or slip down. I bought them to wear with my rollerblades and they are perfect.
