Lots of spandex throughout the sock. Scrunches the toes a bit, but may loosen up after a few wearings and washings.

Love these socks. I am a RN, I work 12 hour shifts (7pm to 7am) on a trauma unit, my feet are always killing me, I’ve bought new shoes and have been trying different brands of socks to see if it helps. I wish I had come across these socks a long time ago, they are thick and extra cushy, I don’t wear any other kind at work now. My feet feel great!

I bought these for a backpacking trip through Southeast Asia. Temperatures were pretty high and I did a lot of walking, averaging 25,000 steps a day. I had brought 10 pairs for a 2.5 week trip, thinking Id do laundry at least once. As far as these socks go, they did not need to be laundered. Of course I did refresh them, but after a long sweaty day, Id let them dry out and they would have zero smell remaining the next morning. It was amazing; Ive never been so happy with the smell of worn socks. My only complaint is that they are a little too tight around the ankles which led to some uncomfortably long flights. Consider packing a few looser pairs to go with these for your lighter days.
