> 3 dayMy son has a belt that is unfinished, dyed leather on the unseen side. His lighter colored pants were being stained by the dye every time he wore them. I applied this finish to the unfinished side of the belt and the edges and he has not had a problem with the dye discoloring his pants since.

Greater than one weekI believe this item is just the water-based polyurethane. Dont even need to ask the lab to do the chemical analysis because it is exactly the same as the RJ32F Rejuvenate Restorer Floor Finish that I have been using for many years for my floor. The RJ32F is a much cheaper alternative item with ~1/4 price on Amazon. Now this RJ32F has another application.

> 3 dayI redyed a brown leather laptop bag and this worked as advertised. I put on latex gloves and just rubbed it on with a piece of a t-shirt folded into a pad.

Greater than one weekI was wary if the product would stop the dye leak of the leather sling. I had put conditioner on it and as I was wiping the excess off, the dye was rubbing off on my white cloth! This stuff stopped it. I apply it to a cotton Tshirt and rubbed it on both sides of the strap. Now it doesnt leak the dye when rubbed by my white Tshirt. Edit: On a MG34 sling, I applied Ko Cao Line Leather Dressing to get it back to be flexible. Afterwards, I noticed the color was rubbing off, but I dont know if it was rubbing off beforehand. Any case I applied Resolene and it worked great on stopping the bleeding.
