Greater than one weekThese work great. I got them for the jug I bought from Publix. Just an aside comment: I wish the individual plastic wrapping had a little knotch or perforation so that you could tear it open without looking for a scissor or knife.

> 3 dayGood oval shape, fits well in refrigerator, but filtered Water has smell and bitter after taste that has caused me to discontinue use. No amount of cleaning of pitcher has removed this taste. Unfiltered water has no such taste.

The water I pay dearly for is literally not fit for drinking (per the water company!!! - I live rurally) and the first time I changed the filter I was horrified to see the schmutz the filter had caught. Its doing its job for sure. Im very pleased with my Clear Genius system and love three fact that Im not throwing away non-degradable plastic every time I dispose of a filter.
