> 3 dayThis salt does taste different than commonwealth salt. Hard to define but there is a taste you find especially if eaten with a damp finger or spoon. Not sure it is worth the price difference. Also, beware, it tends to clog the holes on the shaker.

> 3 dayI take a large bottle of water to work and drink it. I’m constantly thirsty and I’m constantly drinking water. I needed to do something so I sent away for expensive mineral drops yes they worked but I needed something I could afford BUT WORKS I tried this I put a few sprinkles in my water before I go to work I’m no longer thirsty at work my bottle of water last my whole shift. My electrolytes are fine now. Very happy with my results & purchase.
