    Who knew! I used to have leg cramps pretty consistently during one of my bad days. Since putting about a quarter teaspoon in my 1 liter water bottle, they have gone away. I also notice that I am able to work out longer without getting as tired as my body stays hydrated throughout the day. I take a 1/4 teaspoon in 1 liter of water twice a day and it has been working out fantastic! Mahalo Nui

    Love this stuff! I put it on everything I’m cooking with. However I do prefer the Morton’s flaky salt for topping dishes, don’t know why it has a different effect for me. You get a good amount in the bag

    I had never used this salt before but watched a YouTube video about salt and decided to try it. I normally use the Pink salt. The bottle did not have a safety seal, anyone could add something to it and you would never know. That is kind of disturbing. I tried to contact the distributor on their website but there was no place to contact. The bottle says its from Europe. I paid about $10. for a small bottle, yesterday at Target I found the same size bottle of salt from Italy for $2.00. I dont think I will be purchasing this again.
