Im not a chemist and have been out of school so long I barely remember nacl. But it tastes great. I like sea salt because everyone I cook for has HBP and needs to cut back on sodium.

This salt does taste different than commonwealth salt. Hard to define but there is a taste you find especially if eaten with a damp finger or spoon. Not sure it is worth the price difference. Also, beware, it tends to clog the holes on the shaker.

First time using this salt and I love it

This is a good finishing salt that adds a lot of roundness. Excellent.

A must buy and use. Throw out your old no good salt and use Celtic. 82 minerals and healthy for the body.

I’ve read blogs, seen cooking shows and read reviews touting the wonderful taste of Celtic sea salt. I finally bought this specific recommended brand to try. WOW. who knew this particular salt is so good? Well apparently I’ve been out of the loop because everyone seems to know! This salt is delicious, is salty and adds so much flavor to your cooking.

be advised that it draws moisture and clumps other than that i like it
