This Celtic sea salt is a great addition to your water to get the daily minerals needed. Just a pinch added does the trick.

Taste like regular salt. Its a small bag but I mean I dont have no complaints.

I wanted to try this salt as this is supposed to have more minerals than regular table salt. The bag says fine ground but the crystals are bigger than regular salt and I had to grind it again before use. Also the salt seemed wet and muddy color. I spread it on a baking tray and popped it in oven and let it sit for 30 minutes and then it was completely dry. No doubt its pricier than regular salt but i still plan to continue using it if i see any benefits over time. Taste wise it is the same or even slightly better which is good.

Would never go back to regular table salt

We need salt in the body not just any salt all thru ancient history they used salt salt is a key function for us not just any salt tho ths is great stuff

I’m pleasantly surprised as to how wonderful this salt is. It definitely brings out the flavor more in your food. A little goes a long way.
