These casters are definitely high quality!

Solid, Smooth set of casters. I did add some grease to the bearings as I use them on my outside deck.

I used these on a portable planer cabinet. They roll smoothly and lock solidly. Good quality.

I put 4 of these under a home-built cabinet for my full size table saw and router. It’s very heavy. A previous set of Harbor Freight wheels- rated for the load - failed, allowing the ball bearings to fall out. So far, these have been great.
