YES, mine came with the microphone cut out opening at the bottom! LOVE these...

These are so easy to put on and will definitely help protect the camera. they wrap all the way around to the back side of the Blink XT2/XT camera and most importantly covers the crack where the back comes off of the camera where you replace batteries. Ill need a few more eventually as I add cameras and will purchase again.
