FireStik SS-204A Adjustable Stainless Steel Vertical Door jamb Mount

It looks like a well built piece but doesnt fit the 2019 Wrangler JL. I will canabalize the pieces though to make a mount to fit.

Fit perfectly on the back of my 88 4Runner. Now only time will tell if the metal will hold up.

Installed on a 1998 4Runner back door jamb. Easy to put together. Holds the antenna firm. Will recommend it to anyone.

Does what its supposed to, the hardware it comes with is terrible. I think the screws are stainless, but the are not self tapping and snap off super easy. Get yourself some better hardware and good to go. Also put some locking nuts on the adjustment end so your antenna doesnt fall over on you when they back out.

Ok so the bracket is nice and quality steel it seems, but you will want to get some hex head screws or some alternative to the Phillips head screws it comes with. I wanted my mount to be nice and sturdy where I mounted it behind the taillight on my xterra and when tightening these all but one screw got all galled up extremely easily. I’m extremely handy and do all my own auto work, so it wasn’t user error. Get some hex head 1/2 -3/4 #12 machine screws in advance of ordering this and you’ll thank me. 1/2 inch #12 screws is what it comes with, but they’re awful short for many applications.

This mount works great for general use. Its sturdy and after 6 months on my vehicle it still looks new. Its a little bulky so if you are concerned about aesthetics then you might want a different mount. But if you want an affordable, versatile, rugged mount then this should work for you.

First and foremost, I bought this bracket to mount the CB antenna, (a 4 foot Fire Stick), on a 2009 Jeep Liberty, 4WD “limited edition”. My plan was to mount it in the hatch door’s ‘doorjamb’ and it fit perfectly.
