Fiskars 3x18 Inch Acrylic Ruler (187640-1001)

Excellent product. The fact that it doesnt have 1/16 marks (which just cause clutter for my purposes), its clear which makes lining up a straight cut very easy, and there are measurements along the 3 top and bottom edge as well, make this an efficiency machine. Its thick acrylic so I expect it will last until I buy a new one for some reason, or accidentally run this one over with the car.

A bit more sturdy and it would be more likeable. Meantime Itll get used just not what I was hoping for the price and the brand name. Ive seen versions I like others own but for some reason I havent found one to buy. Its OK just not great. Would replace if I can find what I am looking for.

This is indeed one of the best and handy appliances on the market as in accessories for sewing. Ive gone through 2 or 3 by now ... I hasten to say I do a LOT of sewing .... you might use one and have had it for years ... my thing is that eventually, the little measurement stripes get erased with all the usage, and then they become a lot less handy when that happens. But this doesnt stop me getting a new one, they save a LOT of time, doing hems, or simply wanting a curate seams, so I think theyre wonderful. L.B.

This was bigger than I envisioned but it is the perfect size for our application. We are using this in a photo booth with a red background to take photos of the parts for our machines. The scale is easy to read and gives great perspective to the photos. I cant imagine a better tool for our needs. The only reason I didnt give this 5 stars it one edge was a little sharp and needed to be hit with sandpaper the take the edge off.

I use this ruler almost daily. Its easy to read and accurate, for the most part. As with all acrylic rulers, if youre using them on fabric, get some non slip stickers or something. I had some awful luck with this sliding around when I was using my rotary cutter in the beginning. That being said, the size of 3x18 is very useful and is probably one of my most used.

This seems like such a simple, no-brainer item to buy, but Ive bought a few of these and had trouble reading them. This one is super easy to use. Its also more durable than the others that Ive bought.
