Fiskars 3x18 Inch Acrylic Ruler (187640-1001)

Its a good product, just not my preferred Omni grid. I went for economy and decided to live with it.

A challenge reading the lines but, overall, a great tool.

I love this ruler it is my go-to ruler. Easy to read, sturdy and when I am cutting it is easy to secure just by pressing down on it a little dont slip around.

The suction cups dont stick well unless you wet them, then they do stick well. However, the suction cup holder is a tad flimsy so not sure how long it will last. Otherwise, the ruler markings are easy to read and it is very helpful to have a longer ruler when its needed.

The rulers are exactly what I was looking for; I’m happy that they are 3” wide instead of 1”. The marks and numbers are not so easy to read; if they were tinted some, it might make it easier to read.

Ive been using this ruler for about a year, and I love it. I use it in every single sewing project and I havent had an issue with it bending out of place or breaking/snapping. I appreciate that its clear because of the one inch guidelines that I use for seam allowance or making parallel lines. I also like that the numbers run up and down so that I can use either end. Overall I think its a great ruler that Ill probably be using for years and years.

The Fiskars ruler is extremely well built, the acrylic is solid, and overall helped with our shop to design characters. Features: 1. Flexible if you are measuring a curvature. 2. Clear acrylic if you need to see through to the piece you are measuring. 3. Standard Measurements Pros: 1. Affordable especially with the quality offered. 2. Malleable for different measurements 3. Lightweight 4. Straightedge to cut materials without damaging the product. Cons: 1. If the Fiskar had a protractor option - This would be an added benefit. The Fiskar ruler allowed us to develop some products for our business. We needed a ruler/tool that was fully malleable to designs and able to adjust to certain needs. The additional benefit of using it as a straightedge actually wasnt considered when we originally purchased it - but proved to be a added feature.

I am just starting to make t-shirt quilts... this makes it SO MUCH EASIER!! A chunk of change... but the time it saves... you can see the image youre working with and zip-zip with your rotary cutter...

Goes good with mat...sewing so easy!
