Nice quality bands. Good length (I am 511) and value.

Easy to work with and advance. But if you hold it wrong you could get smacked and it will leave a welt.

I was looking for a variety of loop bands to help rehab my hip and these are great. The extra light band is perfect for a few of the exercises I am doing. The resistance seems true to how much it says on the bands.

So far so good! I use for my kickboxing class, and they help so I can go up in resistance when Im ready. So far Im at light. This set offers so many resistance ranges its great. Wish I have more purple colors and not pink. i dont even have pinkish purple. if I wanted pink I would have ordered the pink set. Now if they came out with all purple colors I would definitely buy that! Thats my only issue.
