The fixture is low profile, sleek, and just looks great! It’s very bright and lights up my planted 15g very well. The app is pretty cool. Has some great features and let’s you control pretty much everything you could need to. It’s a little pricey tho IMO...

Light intensity is easily adjusted, and the light itself is pleasantly warm-hued. Capable of really intense light when you need it.

This light has a good concept but the problem is in the app that controls it. It worked great until the app did a firmware update and after that the light never worked again. Not even the manual button on the light would work. Returning it to get a more reliable light. Running co2 in my tank on a timer needs a reliable light to go with the co2 system.

I ordered this for my corn snake because I hate how bright all of the other LED light fixtures are and this one is easily dimmable. The app is kind of annoying and has a huge learning curve, but once youve got your settings right its good to go

Ive seen a lot of bad reviews, and I understand why the people that got scratched up and used lights are upset. But I didnt notice any scratches on mine (I didnt exactly look for them) but the light works perfectly fine for me. I dont think the plants and animals in my aquarium really care about the scratches, so I think some people may have over reacted a bit. The box it came in was a little beat up, but not badly. Just kinda bent out of place. Nothing was damaged though as far as I know. App is super easy to use. It offered more colored lights than I thought there would be (thought there would be only white and blue) and it make my axalotl taste k look much nicer. They require lower light setting for they have no eyelids and its great that I can lower the light with no problem. If there are scratches, so be it. Im not focusing on the exterior of the light from a distance. Im looking at my aquarium with live plants.

Happy with these lights overall. I bought four of the 32 watt lights for my 90 gallon / 340 liter tank (48”x18”x24”). It’s a deep tank with a cross bar, so I opted for four shorter lights vs. longer. First picture shows how I’ve configured them on the tank. My biggest issue is with the app. I love being able to control all my lights via one app. The only issue is that the the slider bar that is used to set the light schedule times in “Pro”mode is awful. I carefully slide until I get to the desired time like 09:00, then when I lift my finger it shifts to 09:02 or 08:58. It’s minor, but when setting 4 separate lights, I prefer to have them all change at the same time. I finally found a workaround by taking a screenshot of the factory light settings, then deleting and recreating the time markers. When you create a new time marker, the time can be set using a different selector tool that’s much easier to use. The good news is that once you get one light set, you can use “Save As” then export it to your other lights, so now I have all four lights on identical schedules. The “Auto” mode is much easier to configure, but only allows four times to be set while “Pro” offers 10. I like the “Pro” because it allows me to set a “low intensity” period in the middle of the day where the lights are dimmed for a while. One other thing that isn’t really an issue (just surprised me) was the size of the power supplies (see last two pictures). Based on the label, it looks like these can get pretty hot. So far, even after a full day of operation mine are just warm not actually hot, but it’s something I’ll keep an eye on.
