our grandson so enjoyed this gift when he got it. Then he used it & had a great experience so much had to let us know.

We were excited to take our new luggage on our family vacation this year. First impression was that the set was very nice, beautiful color, smooth zipper and good maneuverability. Unfortunately, upon first leg of our trip, the smallest of the three suitcases was damaged when we received it from luggage clam. We obviously expect normal wear and tear such as scratches and dings, but the extent of damage as pictured, from one flight is unacceptable. Very disappointed in the quality of a this set.

Best set of luggage Ive ever bought.. Extremely spaces and comes withe TSA locks built in that work.

Items were much smaller than anticipated. They are more like a child sized carry on and a large carry on. Large one most likely wouldn’t fit an entire week’s worth of clothes.

Travel is so hard on luggage. The baggage handlers in airports try very hard to test the durability of suitcases. That said, I really wont know how durable they are until they fail. For now, the wheels roll smoothly and seem well-connected. The fixed handles and the extension pull-handle all work well and feel strong. The zippers and TSA locks are smooth to operate. Inside, the lining looks nice and I like the different compartment separators and securing straps. The shell of each bag feels strong and flexible. Im hopeful the flexibility will prevent cracking. Im excited to try this for the first time when we travel in the coming weeks.

Withstood an airplane trip from Orlando, Fl to Bethal Alaska and back again.

The set is beautiful I love the Tiffany Blue it is so pretty. I will be using this set for my trip this weekend so hopefully it can handle the airport abuse from the baggage workers.

I put these suitcases to the test and it has held up exceptionally. I went overseas with these suitcases and had it loaded with extremely heavy gear. The smallest suitcase weighed 54lbs so that should tell you how heavy the stuff was that I packed. I then dragged them across the desert for four months and had no issues. I just knew one of the wheels would pop off… but it didn’t! Still holding strong. A little dusty and scratched up but still holding strong none the less. Great purchase

UPDATED: Company contacted me and offered to send me a new suitcase or refund my money. I told them I would love a refund and would be happy to amend my review. I did get a full refund, and they asked me to delete my review. While I appreciate their excellent customer service, I dont feel comfortable deleting my review entirely. People should know what theyre getting into. What youre getting here is an attractive, lightweight suitcase thats easy to maneuver. From my experience and other reviews Ive read, it tends to crack or break above the wheels. If this happens to you, the company will make good with a refund or replacement. Ill add another star for that...but if they really want to succeed, it seems they should work on the durability of their product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Didn’t even make it one flight without breaking. Price was good, 360 swivel wheels are great, but holding together is job #1 and it failed. Do not recommend.
