Product is as expected. Just wish the handles were not so loose when compared to the Samsonite luggage. Otherwise everything functions great.

Bought for my Daughter who travels a lot. She is very happy with produce. Company was very responsive to any questions and we had great experience with product. Would reccomend.

I love the look BUT the carry on broke after 2 days of my trip. The zipper came off the track and the side leather that holds it together completely ripped so it needs to be thrown out. Thank god it somehow lasted the flight back. Also the bigger luggage zipper in the inside broke as well. Bummer and a waste of money.

These are great! Beware of the sizes listed. You only get the small and the medium ones. Just took them on a 23 day trip through the UK and they held up great. Handle is a little wobbly though. But they really took the abuse well. Small one does fit in carry on bins well, even when extended.

light weight easy to move with

After contacting the seller through Amazon, they stood behind their product and replaced it. Ive used them a few times and they are working great. I wish their response would have come sooner, but they treated me right in the end. Original review: I ordered these in November in anticipation of a January trip. Love the color and they seemed sturdy enough. 3 hours into our trip, the zipper broke on the large suitcase and it became pretty much useless. The smaller suitcases seem fine. I would have given more stars, but Ive reached out to the seller to file a warranty claim 3 times and receive no responses. It may be a fluke that I got a defective suitcase, but the companies lack of response (1 week later) is frustrating. I will update this review if they stand behind the warranty.

The set looks exactly like the picture. They are very durable and I am in love with the color.

Travel is so hard on luggage. The baggage handlers in airports try very hard to test the durability of suitcases. That said, I really wont know how durable they are until they fail. For now, the wheels roll smoothly and seem well-connected. The fixed handles and the extension pull-handle all work well and feel strong. The zippers and TSA locks are smooth to operate. Inside, the lining looks nice and I like the different compartment separators and securing straps. The shell of each bag feels strong and flexible. Im hopeful the flexibility will prevent cracking. Im excited to try this for the first time when we travel in the coming weeks.

This was the best set of suitcases Ive ordered. They werent too heavy even when I packed them full of clothes. Even rolling them around was the best part. One thing I would think would be a downside is the face that theres no instructions on how to change the lock code so I did have to google that part but outside of that these are amazing suitcases that I would recommend to anyone
