This set of hard-sided luggage has a zipper to close. Because of this you can’t “stuff” it as much as with latch closure. You might want to purchase luggage belts separately just to make sure the luggage does not open during travel. These pieces have TSA approved locks, which is important. After you check your luggage. . . If the TSA should need to open it while it’s inside the bowels of the airport. . . They can do so without having to break the lock. If your locks are not TSA approved, then they have to break the locks. This set of luggage is Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon.

Looks great, light weight. Only issue was I initially had a little trouble with the lock and had to contact the company because there were no instructions. But I got a quick response and all good now.

On the 1st trip we took with our new luggage they had cracks, dents and chips in numerous places when we got home. The pictures try to show the extent of the problems.

They seemed a bit flimsy, but I appreciated the light weight when I filled the largest suitcase and it was still under the airline limit of 50 lbs. Took it on one trip and the side handle broke off while taking the case off the baggage carousel. I returned it, but had to pay UPS $20 for a box - so keep your box!

We were excited to take our new luggage on our family vacation this year. First impression was that the set was very nice, beautiful color, smooth zipper and good maneuverability. Unfortunately, upon first leg of our trip, the smallest of the three suitcases was damaged when we received it from luggage clam. We obviously expect normal wear and tear such as scratches and dings, but the extent of damage as pictured, from one flight is unacceptable. Very disappointed in the quality of a this set.

Product is as expected. Just wish the handles were not so loose when compared to the Samsonite luggage. Otherwise everything functions great.

I really like the quality of this luggage set and the cute pattern, which in my opinion was a lot cuter than other luggage I was searching. I was a little concerned about the quality, but it came in better than I expected.

Love love loved them! Very sturdy, however they are not scratch resistant. Wheels were smooth, color was beautiful even my hubby was ok with it. Easy to spot amongst the crowd! Would definitely recommend, I was hesitant but super glad I made the purchase.

Save your money! The smaller suitcase was broken after 1 use (zipper came off the track, and inside liner ripped completely off.) the larger suitcase wheel came off and arrived with a stain. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive an email back for weeks, I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. Flash forward 3 months and I finally got a response after 20+ emails, and am finally receiving a new luggage set. Keep in mind they aren’t sending me a replacement of the one I bought (or the other one I want) because they’re recalling so many of their products due to how quickly they’re breaking and all the problems associated with them.
