Forney 20857 Tap Magic Industrial Pro Cutting Fluid, 4 oz

If I would give 0 stars I would. I bought this specifically for drilling through metal. As soon as I put this oil on the surface I would not cut whatsoever. After trying with 3 different metals I threw it away. Waste of money!

Very helpful cutting iron metal oil

This is some good cutting fluid, made my milling my lower receiver so much quicker. Started with wd40, quickly went to this and helped with chatter and smoother cuts. No smoke compared to wd40.

I used this to help drill holes in my trailer frame when I was replacing the deck on the trailer. It made drilling easier.

Good stuff. I needed to drill 3 holes and tap them on my gun to mount an accessory. Obviously, I wanted this to go right the first time, because there was only one chance to get it right. The oil ensured that the drill and tap were properly lubed.

Havent tested it against other fluids. I just know it works well. A knowledgable salesman at a Sears store told me many years ago this was great stuff. That can was getting low, so I ordered a replacement.

Ive used all kinds of cutting fluids over the years and Tap Magic is by far the best Ive ever used. It smells good too. The only negative I have is the bottle, the cap is difficult to remove and replace and the nozzle head pops off the threads without much difficulty. If you keep the bottle upright this isnt an issue but the stuff inside the bottle is the bees knees.

Drilled and removed broken bolts with it. It worked great.

I am just a novice, and there might be a better to do stuff, but this makes, cutting and drilling metal so MUCH easier on me and my equipment. I just went with the highest rated stuff on Amazon, and it worked.
