After researching how to drill a hole in my stainless steel sink to install a soap dispenser, I learned that cutting oil would help. I have to say that not only did it help, it is necessary, and this kept my Neiko step drill bit running. I thought the price was high for such a small item though, which is why I gave it only 4 stars, but I couldnt find one cheaper. I imagine this small container will outlast my lifetime though.

Have always use cutting oil it saves my drill bits,with this oil I dont need to use as much to get the same job done
