> 24 hourThese are great! We recently moved into a house that has chair rails so our shelves didn’t sit flush against the wall. These are a great way to attach our shelves to the walls above the chair rails so they won’t fall on our kids.

> 24 hourIdeally, no tipping at all should occur. This allows furniture to tip and will catch it from going too far - IF the wire holds. Why let it tip or move at all?? Furniture anchors should be directly attached to the wall not to another anchor connected by a thin wire. Maybe this is to keep light weight things from getting lost ? It doesn’t seem at all likely something that would protect your family and little ones from tipping that can be deadly

> 24 hourMissing some required screws, each pack of anchors should come with 4 sets of screws. They only contain 2, forcing me to open other packets for more screws. May end up returning

> 24 hourThese are very sturdy anchors, but the cables are too long. I have to loop the cables through 2-3 times to get a tight hold which is a pain. Much better than the plastic alternatives though which consistently break.

> 24 hourThis is sold as a furniture anchor, but the cables supplied for that purpose are easily pulled apart with your hands. In addition, they include drywall anchors in the package which should never be used to secure furniture - furniture anchors should always be screwed into a stud.

> 24 hourPurchased a bookcase. Liked the look but it seemed unstable, so I purchased the furniture anchors. They are strong and are not noticeable. The give me a sense of comfort.

> 24 hourI installed these to hold up bookshelves in my house. While I was testing out the installation to ensure they would be secure enough to prevent a bookshelf from tipping over onto a child, one of the bands broke. These may not be safe to use. If you do use them, you may want to install more than one on each piece of furniture.

> 24 hourIts nice that its flexible to install, but theres no way to adjust the cable length. The most important thing for safety is making sure the furniture has no slack to start tipping, so you need to minimize the slack in the cable. I was able to make the cable relatively snug by double looping it. Also, the product advertises 200 lbs per anchor. Maybe if the force is parallel to the wall or you installed it in a stud, but no drywall is going to stand up to 200 lbs pulling out from the wall. Additionally, the instructions suggest replacing the cable every year. I dont see anyone doing that. Overall, if you leave yourself plenty of margin for safety, its fine. But dont count on the advertised strength.
